CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Velox Payment Private Limited, we act as an online travel intermediary connecting passengers with airline and bus service providers. Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed by the respective airline/operator policies in addition to Velox Payment Private Limited service terms.

1. Cancellation Terms

• Airlines: Cancellation charges depend on the airline's fare rules (Refundable vs Non-refundable fares) and the time of cancellation prior to departure. No-show tickets are subject entirely to airline penalty rules.
• Bus Bookings: Bus ticket cancellation slabs vary by the individual bus operator. Cancellation policies are displayed on the seat selection page prior to checkout.
• Convenience Fees: The platform convenience fee charged by Velox Payment Private Limited at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Refund Process & Timelines

• Eligibility: Refunds are only initiated once Velox Payment Private Limited receives the reversal credit/approval from the respective airline or bus operator.
• Velox Payment Private Limited Service Charge: A nominal cancellation service fee (per sector/passenger) may apply over and above the operator's penalty.
• Processing TAT: Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, UPI Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your bank's settlement cycle.

3. Flight/Bus Schedule Disruptions

If a flight or bus route is cancelled or rescheduled significantly by the operator, the refund process will strictly follow the operator's declared full-refund or alternative transfer policy. Velox Payment Private Limited is not liable for secondary costs incurred due to operator delays or cancellations.
